I have used Decoart Media fluid acrylics and Americana Inspiration stencil for this Bob Marley canvas.
the background is created with the Acrylic layering and Isopropanyl Alcohol, you can see this technique in this video by Andy Skinner.
The Bob Marley image is stencilled using a hand -cut stencil borrowed from a dear friend. Used DecoArt Media Gesso in Blackhttp://decoart.com/mixedmedia/gesso and the sentiment with the Decoart Media Modeling paste in white for stenciling.
