It is with a heavy heart that I share the news that Flamingo Paperie is closing down, and therefore it’s the end of my beloved business journey selling greeting cards and stationery.

First and foremost, I want to express my deepest gratitude to all of my cherished customers, whose unwavering enthusiasm and support have meant the world to me. The beautiful cards have created much joy. Everyone loves to receive a handwritten card in the post, hence our company tag line ‘send a card, deliver a smile’.

The closing down sale runs from May 16th – 31st 2023. Stock up on heartfelt greetings and create unforgettable moments with our beautiful cards. With almost everything at HALF PRICE, it’s the perfect opportunity to fill your stash! Spread joy, love, and laughter while saving big.

As I reflect on the closing of this chapter, I remember the nerves and excitement I felt when I first joined Phoenix Trading, back in 2007, when my children were still small, aged just 1 and 3. They’ve grown with the Business, and as you can see by the photo, have been very helpful over the years! Not so much now they’re teenagers though

During my early years, I made a bold move by taking my business online through blogging, allowing me to reach more customers. This sparked some controversy and even led the head office team to establish new rules around online trading – whoops! I smile at those memories and the impact they had on shaping the future, enabling so many other partners to create online direct sales businesses through blogging and social media. Although Phoenix Trading dissolved in 2017, I eagerly joined the new company, Flamingo Paperie, in 2018, fuelled by my passion for the products and desire to continue serving new and existing customers.

Flamingo Paperie not only allowed me to flourish as a business owner, but also empowered me to develop a vision for my life. It instilled within me a newfound confidence and a deep understanding of the importance of mindset. I am forever grateful for the invaluable lessons and personal growth I have experienced along the way.

While the decision to close Flamingo Paperie was undoubtedly difficult for our dedicated directors, who poured their hearts and souls into the business, it became necessary due to adverse trading conditions and personal circumstances. Their hearts ache just as mine does, knowing that we must bid farewell

As we prepare for our final goodbye, I want to share that our closing down sale will be held from May 16th to May 31st, 2023.

I sincerely encourage you to take advantage of this limited time to explore the incredible offerings and create lasting memories with our beautiful stationery. Time is of the essence! Don’t delay and let these treasured designs slip through your fingers. Our supplies are limited, and once they’re gone, they’re gone forever!
