In 2002, Toy Biz kicked off a new Marvel toy line of super articulated 6″ figures – Marvel Legends (following on the success of similar figures as Spider-Man Classics). The very first wave of Marvel Legends included Captain America, the Hulk, Iron Man and Toad.

To celebrate the 20th anniversary of the launch of Marvel Legends, Hasbro today announced a new Captain America Figure that pays homage to this original figure. The figure features all the deco and articulation that’s synonomyous with Marvel Legends, also included are multiple hands (another Marvel Legends staple), Cap’s shield, several blast effects and a printed backdrop that pays homage to the diorama element included with that first figure.

With a retail price of $31.49, this fan channel exclusive will be available in Spring 2022. A pre-order should be available soon.
