This Classic Cherry Pie is summer at its best! This flakey, butter crust is perfectly paired with fresh cherries that are mixed with brown sugar, lemon juice and a vanilla. And then baked until the crust is golden brown and cherries are bubbling. This pie is truly the perfect summer pie. Summer is a sad sight without cherries. They’re the best part of summer.
