This is perfect for tailgating, on a sandwich, as a dip or anytime.
1/3 c. mustard
1/8 - 1/4 c. honey
1/4 tsp. each: salt, pepper
1/8 tsp. hot sauce
1 T. oil
1/2 tsp. vinegar
In a small bowl, combine ingredients, mix with a clean fork until combined.
Serves 4.
