With heavy hearts, we mourn the passing of 95 year-old Marvel Comics founder and Hero, Stan Lee. With his recent passing, he has left behind an unforgettable legacy as well as inspiring many. Before his death, Stan Lee provided fans with an announcement regarding the birth of a new Latino superhero. “”I wanted this to be a surprise,” Stan Lee said, “but I’m personally working on a Latino hero that you’ll be seeing at the end of the year. I want to make him as good as I can, as different as I can.” While it is a shame this hero never became reality, it is more important to recognize the message behind Stan Lee’s creations: to bring happiness to all, and unify people and their respective cultures.
