Freebie Friday: Elephant Bead Flat Lay “HI” Greeting Card

I decided to play with these darling stone elephant beads and make a Flat Lay greeting card.  I purchased several strands of the beads to make earrings but ending up using them in a stained glass window valance:

I was happy when this valance sold in my Etsy shop LittleLaLaOriginals.  :  ) Since I had more elephant beads left over I thought it would be fun get more mileage out of them by making a greeting card.

Elephants never go out of style and this flat lay card was really easy to make.

Step One:  Place Double Stick Tape on a blank 5 x 7 greeting card making an “H” and and “I”.

Step Two:  Place the beads on the double Stick Tape and take a photo!

There are so many directions to go attaching something to the double stick tape spelling HI….little paper flowers, table confetti, gold stars or fabric scraps.  The cool thing is after you take a photo of your arrangement and play with it in your computer you can print it out as many times as you want.  Plus the materials you used for the composition can be used in another project!

If you don’t have computer software that makes it easy to design a front and back for a greeting card, you can print the flat lay photo 5 x 7 and use a glue stick to attach it to the front of a card.

I made a pdf if you want to print the version I made:
