Geocache: Must be busy in summer

Earlier I was blogging about some geocaches which could use a changing difficulty or terrain settings. This is also one of those geocaches.

The geocache taken out of its hiding place...
Yeah I know if you take a look at the geocache itself why would I say it is one of those geocaches which are hard to pick up on some days and no problem on other? So in the autumn, winter there is not a single muggle in the area, but in the summer I am sure they are all over the place.

Parking is not a problem at this geocache ...
... not a problem at this time of the year, a huge parking lot and not a single car, but I'm sure there is hard to find a slot in the summer on a sunny day. Why, why? you might ask ... Ok, there is a beach right next to it with all the fun for kids and adults.

A picture of the strand taken from the car while driving away ...
Just imagine how busy it is in the summer, back when I was a kid there were no such place anywhere close to where I grew up, lucky for the kids nowadays you can find such place all over the country.

Huge slides to enjoy for all the kids...
Once I hit my back part on one of these slides, but back then I was a bit bigger in some of my dimensions and of course I took the highest ones. Nope I did not get stuck in there, what happened was I landed on the bottom of the pool and that is where I hit my back part, lucky for me it had some built in cushions.

Let's get back to the hiding, it was a simple PET preform hanging in a pole of a sign.

Hiding in the pipe up there..
While I was trying my best to reach up there I was thinking how would I do it when the parking lot is full with cars, muggles are walking all around the area. I had to realize I might have walked away and return when the beach is closed to keep the geocache's hiding place secure. But then if I did the detour like on this morning to put some smiley on the map, I might just go for it, who knows? If you consider the next geocache was about 15 minutes driving in any direction maybe you would also just go for it.

The sign hiding the geocache...
In most countries there are typical hiding technics such as the PET preform hanging in the pipe of a sign. After a while you might just get bored with running after the same hides, but you have to have your eyes open and then you would see a lots of things, it is not always the geocache which is interesting but the place it is hiding next to. During this trip I had a long day before my flight was flying back to Amsterdam and I decided to prepare a list of geocaches along a route to the airport, all that were far of each others and there is no way I would detour just to pick one up. I was not in a rush so actully my whole route was a huge detour...

Many thanks for the hide and also for the place.
