Speaking of posts that never got posted - here's a little gem I found in the files. Should I refer to them as the archives at this stage??

It's my mini-me a few years back, with her favorite creation. Her "world famous" (as she calls it) Fruit & Veggie Salad. This grew from her love of being in the kitchen, my discovery of some fabulous kid safe knives on Amazon.com, and what happened to be within her reach one day in the kitchen. Mind you, the ingredient list does change from day to day, but it also happens to be tasty, so I don't mind even now, when she feels like making one for lunch or dinner. This particular one featured apples, strawberries, baby carrots and sugar snap peas.
