The Open Desko Liberec 2023 is taking place from the 15th to the 22nd of July in Liberec, Czech Republic. The time control is 90 minutes for 40 moves, followed by 30 minutes for the rest of the game, with a 30-second increment beginning from move 1. It is a 9-round Swiss system tournament with participation of Jaroslav Bures, Petr Haba, Andrejs Strebkovs, Petr Kucera, Premysl Belaska, etc.
