The 3rd 4NCL Easter Congress 2023 takes place from 7-10 April in Daventry, UK. The event is held in three sections: Open, U2000 and U1700, and has a total prize fund of £4,200. All sections are with a time control of 90 minutes for the entire game, with a 30-second increment from move 1. The Open section is a 7-round Swiss tournament with participation of Mark L Hebden, Keith C Arkell, Nigel R Davies, Max N Turner, Javier Valdepenas Octavio, Shabir Okhai, Jason M Dilley, Matthew Dignam, Stuart A White, etc.
