The 2023 Romanian National Chess Championship will take place from 18-26 February in Sebes. The event will be simultaneously held with the Romanian Women’s Chess Championship 2023. Championships will be played in 9 rounds, swiss system, with time control of 90 minutes for 40 moves, plus 15 minutes until the end of the game, with the increment of 30 seconds per move, starting from move one.
