Problems resolved with iOffer

Hello folks,
Yes, it has been a while since we have posted here. Things progress, like the world, and oil prices, while other things can digress, like iOffer.

In the past we had problems with iOffer suspending our listings, and we thought we had everything straightened out. They even lifted the blockage - for a time. If you are a seller on eBay, and have a good rating, you can get that imported into iOffer. If you don't have a good seller rating to begin with, and want to sale high-priced items, you may not be able to do so at iOffer. We have chosen not to be active on eBay, and have closed our shop on LiveDeal, so there was no ratings to be imported.

iOffer tries to protect everyone, and cover their own behind, at the same time. We applaud them for trying to protect everyone involved, yet it can effect those without a track record at another auction site, or with them. If you start off with low-priced items, and work your way up once you receive feedback from your customers, no problem. The problem with us is that we offer some items that can cost thousands of dollars, and don't have a history with other auction sites, and our customers have not left feedback.

Guess what this means? You got it, we where suspended a second time from iOffer. We had to provide a list of our customers that have purchased from us on iOffer, along with the outcome of each transaction. Don't worry, they already had the user names, and knew what was purchased, they just needed to be re-assured that we delivered the products. This means we had to provide the tracking numbers for the items shipped, or the reason an item wasn't shipped. In a couple cases this meant we had to state that we never received payment, and had to provide negative feedback rating for the purchaser. We had to also admit that we made one mistake, and had resolved it with a refund - along with the date(s).

It took them some time to review everything, not that it was much. They did reverse their decision to suspend our account, and it should be displaying properly now. Just a bit frustrating to have to go through this. We hope that this is the last time that we face this.
