TechLogic@Manoa 2014 - UHM Conference |
Last week the Center for Teaching Excellence, University of Hawaii at Manoa, hosted its first TechLogic@Manoa conference. Here's the blurb:
The approach of the TechLogic conference is a play on the notion of tech-no-logic and is seeking localized, pragmatic and logical solutions for using technology at the University of Hawai'i Mānoa inclusive of an awareness of the broader implications. Our keynote addresses were outstanding!
Keynote #1:
"How Educational Technology Got Me to the President's Office"
David Lassner, Interim President, UH System
Keynote #2:
"Putting Learning in its Place: Design of an Inverted Technical Course"
Dan Suthers, Professor, Information and Computer Sciences
