With the pandemic posing challenges after challenges, the youngsters at home are wanting to contribute solutions to the current situation in Maharashtra. In view of catalysing innovation through teenagers and young adults, MH² is launched as one of its kind virtual hackathons in Healthcare sector with National Health Mission (NHM), Maharashtra.
The hackathon initiative will see about 300 participants create, iterate, build, and develop solutions on the challenges faced by National Health Mission (NHM), Maharashtra. These participants formed in groups would compete on key tracks: vaccination & immunization; affordable diagnostic tools; responsive emergency services, and medical devices for improving neonatal care.
Maharashtra State Innovation Society (www.msins.in), the nodal government agency to boost innovation-driven entrepreneurial ecosystem in the state of Maharashtra setup under the aegis of Maharashtra State Innovative Startup Policy is driving various initiatives to provide support the startup ecosystem at multiple levels. Maharashtra Health Hackathon is one such initiative. The hackathon will begin from Friday, 23rd April and conclude on Sunday, 25th April, 2021.
