The last two Sundays I have written posts about Becoming the Greatest Expression of You. If you have read them, you still may want to go back and re-read each one before you continue reading Meditate on being the Greatest Expression of You.
Becoming the Greatest Expression of You is all about rewiring your neurology so that you can improve your physical, mental and emotional health and wellness. Becoming the Greatest Expression of You is all about making your future greater than your past. You really don’t have to continue re-living past thoughts, past memories and past emotions. Using neuroplasticity and neurohypnosis techniques you really can write a new script for your future.
In the previous posts, I’ve described the Daily Practice of Becoming the Greatest Expression of You as:
- Read the 2 or 3 sentences that describe being the Greatest Expression of You
- Meditate on this and memorize being joyful.
- Mentally rehearse being joyful throughout the day as you go about your day. Give thanks for being the Greatest Expression of You
- Use self-hypnosis throughout the day to remind yourself who it is you are becoming
- Inventory – At the end of the day, take inventory of your day. Where did you do really well at being the Greatest Expression of You? Where did you fall from grace? Mentally rehearse being & doing differently next time.

Today, my focus is on the Meditation on the Greatest Expression of You.
So, what should this meditation look like? My response is that it should be whatever you will and can do. If you have the time and the dexterity, meditation can certainly be 30 – 60 minutes of meditation in the lotus position. For most of us, that is not our reality.
My suggestion is you post your Greatest Expression on your bathroom mirror and that you read it first thing each morning. And then you meditate on (think, reflect, concentrate, contemplate) it while you brush your teeth, wash your face, take a shower, shave, drink your coffee, work out or whatever you do each morning.
As you meditate on your Greatest Expression, see, feel, hear, what it is like to be your greatest self physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually.
Being the Greatest Expression of You, how would you live? How would you love? How do you act? How do you think? How do you feel? How are you being in this world?
Allow yourself to totally be absorbed in this meditation.
