A panel discussion about sexual consent — how to get it, why it’s necessary and when it’s not possible for a partner to give it — will be held tonight on the University of Utah campus. The Salt Lake Tribune will host “Confronting Rape Culture: A Conversation about Consent,” at 7 p.m. Wednesday at the University of Utah’s S.J. Quinney College of Law.
