A 22-year-old Salt Lake County has been charged with leaving a fake bomb outside Oquirrh Hills Elementary School in Kearns last year. Cody Lynn Parris, 22, was charged in 3rd District Court with second-degree felony use of a hoax weapon of mass destruction after police linked him to fingerprints on the box left at the school on Aug. 26, 2015.
