Exercise 4: Lateral Plank Walk

Lie down on the ground on the stomach for a while. Now take the position of the plank by placing the hands a shoulder wide apart on the ground. Remember the trick is to keep your legs and feet close to each other (joined). Place the fingers outwards, ensuring that your body is in one line. Now move and keep the right hand on the left and slightly move the left foot towards left. Now follow the similar moves with your left hand and right foot. Come back to the start plank position. Pull the abs towards your pelvis and spine. Now reverse the direction and move three steps to your right.
