Before You Pick Up Your First Drink And Go On The Bender

I think you should read what happens when you go on the bender so you can be reminded:

It’s day like 11 of the bender (who knows). Pretty much getting browned out every 5 hours or so. I’ve been doing it to keep up appearances which is funny and ironic. I’ve been debating on 911 for 5 hours now. My pulse is around 100 give or take 20. But today I am feeling like death. I don’t mean oh hey I’m hungover, I mean I’ve been hungover for 10 days and today I don’t even know what the fuck. I know what the fear is, I know shakes are “normal.” But man am I in pain. I’ve been taking vitamins, but not drinking enough water. I’m a binge drinker so I don’t drink every day, but I would say at least a day a week, some months every day of the week. I’ve thrown up 4 times (been throwing up a couple times for the last 3) today and I can’t keep a drink down. I’ve been shitting black, but I’ve also been taking pepto and sangria (pussy shit, but hey someone left it from a party) I’m thinking I’m not bleeding inside. However I have the absolute worst heartburn, even more so when I lay down. I guess what I’m asking is, yes I know the fatigue, mild shakes, confusion, vomiting, anxiety is all normal, but should I go to the doctor if I feel this bad. Like the worst I’ve ever felt bad or should I wait it out? Although I would love to die, I don’t want the people I have left to find me in the empties and mess I’ve made.-reddit.com
