Myth: Protein is the best way to bulk up

Most people hold onto the idea that enough eggs and chicken breast will eventually turn them into a bodybuilder. While protein is important for muscle mass, there are many other aspects to consider. The best way to bulk up is to have a healthy and balanced diet which means adding macronutrients, micronutrients, vitamins, fats, carbohydrates, and minerals.

Myth: Eating Fats Will Make You Fat

Fats are generally good and needed for a complete diet. However, fats such as saturated fats and trans fats will add pounds to the scale. Fats are essential, however a good ratio is needed to master the best diet. Myth: I Could Eat Unhealthy As Long As I Exercise

Myth: Shakes Are Great For Weight Loss

Myth: A Hot Bath Will Prevent Muscle Soreness

When it comes to muscle soreness, cold is always better than hot. According to fitness researchers, cold temperatures construct vessels, limiting inflammation and lactic acid buildup. If you’re looking to prevent or reduce soreness, use an ice pack before you opt for a hot bath.
