Easy Lychee Pear and Coconut Smoothie Recipe

This delicious diabetic friendly recipe is made with lychees, pear, and coconut water. A drink that can give you energy while maintaining normal blood glucose levels.

 Ingredients
  • 3 pcs. lychees, pitted
  • ½ medium Pear, cored and sliced
  • ½ cup Coconut water
  • ¼ cup crushed ice

 

 Method
  1. Combine the lychees, pear, coconut water, and crushed ice in the tall glass. Process in the NutriBullet for 10-12 seconds or until liquefied.
  2. Pour in a chilled glass. Garnish with some lychee or a slice of pear, if desired.
