Follow these easy simple Tips, Do's and Do'nts to prevent your hair from damage, to maintain Hair healthy


1.  Don’t use comb if your hairs are wet!!! Combing hairs while wet makes them brittle and weak. If still need to use a comb then use your fingers or a wide teeth Comb like in this picture. This kind of comb is specially made for your wet Hair combing needs.

2.  Don’t use Hair dryers to dry your hair. Hair can sustain heat and damage easily, especially from blow-dryers.

3.  Let your hair dry naturally or you can use a cotton product like a Scarf or Tee Shirts. As towels are little hard for your Hairs and can cause fizziness and split ends.

4.  Brushing your hair stimulates follicles which promotes hair growth, but ladies let me reveal you another side of it, Too much brushing your hair can actually damage your hair by making them prone to the fizziness and split ends.

5.  Have split- ends??? Here’s a tip for you beauty, Trim your hairs ends Quarter of an inch or about half centimeters. This short length covers your split ends only, also repeat it after every 6- 8 weeks. So you can have your hair length intact. ;)

6.  Are you often styling your hair with Irons or Hair blowers? If so then leave them or limit their usage. After all your hair are also made up of cells which your skin consists and heating them actually reduce the natural oils present in hair and makes them dull. If you absolutely have to use heat, make sure you use a protective spray first. These are very inexpensive.

7.  This would be a secret tip which you don’t want to tell to your friends. There is a supplement, Biotin which you can take daily. It can help you strengthen your hair and nails. The generic version also works fine and is inexpensive.

8.  Massage your scalp often, this will help your blood flow through it, and get your hair to grow faster.

9.  You should also not use conditioner daily because it can lead to white hairs and makes your scalp dry and increase dandruff problems.

10.  Silk, not your body loves its feeling but your hair also loves it. Use pillow cover made of silk. This is because it reduce a lots of friction during sleep time.

11.  Don't use hot water to wash your hair, it damages the cells of your hair. That’s why I think why my hair feels good in winter.

12.  Last but not the least eat lots of vitamin C.
