Danger of uneliminated stool/waste products from the body

Much like a sewer, residue of undigested Food passes through the intestinal tract before its elimination from the body. The intestinal tract is narrow and curvy. Therefore, elimination is not as easy.

Digestion process

Intestinal tract comprises large and small intestine. The large intestine is divided into colon and rectum. The small intestine is responsible for nutrients absorption. While the large intestine is responsible for absorbing water and some electrolytes. The undigested food residue becomes feces in the large intestine. The feces makes its passage through colon, then rectum before it is eliminated from the anus.

Absorption of Toxin from unlimited stool

The large intestine is said to be about 1.6m long. And can only accommodate waste that is formed by six meals of food. Anything beyond that would result to waste flowing back into the small intestine and interrupt the normal function of small intestine in nutrients absorption. This becomes a possibility when the body is not able to eliminate the food that goes into it after 18-20 hours of digestion.
If undigested food residue is trapped too long in the digestive tract,  harmful bacteria will start to decay the food and release certain toxins like methane, histamine, and ammonia in the body.
If these toxins are absorbed into the body, they will affect the functions of the liver and affect the process of metabolism.
It is important to flush out toxins from the colon and ensure it is clean and healthy.
If it is not cleaned in time, toxins will accumulate, beneficial bacteria will decrease and harmful bacteria will increase and result in many kinds of diseases and health problems.
