Hawaiian Macaroni Salad Recipe

Hawaiian Macaroni Salad

Ingredients:

  • 1 pound Elbow Macaroni, boiled
  • 2 cups Whole Milk
  • 1/2 Cup Apple Cider Vinegar
  • 1 Tablespoon Brown Sugar
  • 4 Green Onion, sliced
  • 1 Carrot, peeled and grated
  • 1 Celery Stalk, minced
  • 2 Cup Mayonnaise
  • Salt to taste
  • Black Pepper to taste

Preparation Directions:

  1. In a bowl add boiled macaroni and vinegar, toss until absorbed, set aside for 10 minutes
  2. In a separate bowl add 1 1/2 Cups Milk, 1 Cup Mayonnaise, brown sugar, 1/2 teaspoon salt and 2 teaspoons pepper.
  3. Mix all the ingredients.
  4. Whisk the dressing into macaroni.
  5. Add remaining 1/2 cup milk, 1 cup mayonnaise, along with carrot, celery, onion
  6. Stir all the ingredients and serve.
