Green Chicken



Green Chicken
 Ingredients: 
    1. Chicken           -1 kilo
    2. Methi Leaves -1 Bunch
    3. Onion              -1 Large
    4. Tomato           -1 Large
    5. Green Chillies-4 Splitted
    6. Ginger Garlic Pste-To Taste
    7. Salt-To Taste
    8. Chilli Powder-2 tbsp
    9. Turmeric Pwdr -1 tbsp
  10. Garam Masala  -1 tbsp
   11. Curry Leaves    -1 String
   12. Cilantro            -To taste
Method:
     1. Take a pan add the cut methi leaves and let the water drain away, blend it
         and set aside.
     2. Take oil in a pan and add onions and green chillies to it.Let the onions fry
          till transparent.
     3. Meanwhile,Take 1/4 part of chopped onions,full sliced tomato and blend
          them till fine.
     4. Add ginger garlic paste to the fried onions.
     5. Add clean chicken,turmeric pwdr,chilli pwdr,salt and garam masala.
     6. Add the blended onion,tomato paste,little amount of water and cover the
         pan with a lid and let the curry cook till the chicken gets cooked and allow
         the water gets dried.
     7. Then add the methi paste and cook for 3-4 minutes.
     8. Add some cilantro to the curry.Server with hot rice/chapathi.
