For Women's Eyes Only: How to feel like having sex again - Part 1

A good Sex Life helps is not only good for your Physical Health (your immune system is directly linked to your mood) but a healthy relationship where you feel close to your partner is really good for your emotional, mental and physical health. Less fighting between you and your partner automatically means less stress too.

Many women have a problem with low libido. In other words, they don't feel like having sex; they are just not "in the mood". There is nothing worse than your husband pestering you to have sex with him and in the end you just lie down and get it over with. Of course, some men are almost like sex addicts and want sex 5 times a day (or more!) but I am not talking about these men. 

Some of my male friends have confided in me that their girlfriends or wives haven't had sex with them in over a year. This is very sad. Desmond Morris, a famous zoologist and human behaviour specialist, says that humans use sex to help strengthen the pair bond. A good sex life really helps to keep a couple happy and it is not good if the women doesn't ever feel like sex. 

There are so many factors that influence libido. One of the biggest factors is energy. Most women are simply too tired to feel like sex at the end of a long day. If you are not healthy, you probably don't have as much energy as you should. Here are some tips to increase your energy: 

- cut down on stimulants - see causes of adrenal fatigue.
- cut down on the amount of yeast and wheat you consume. The wheat/yeast problem can result in an overgrowth of yeast which is linked to cancer and other diseases as well as gluten being hard to digest, in part because of the fact that we don't use natural yeast anymore which helps to break down phytic acid and other substances in wheat that our bodies struggle with. 
- Control your sugar highs and lows with natural alternatives like stevia. Do not, under any circumstances, choose aspartame or other artificial sweeteners. Don't use the stevia in pill form, rather use the leaves. Buy a stevia plant - they can be grown on a sunny windowsill. 
- go for a walk outside in the Fresh Air everyday. If you are tired, the last thing you feel like is physical activity but a walk is energizing. Being outside in the fresh air and sunlight is different than running around in a stuffy office. 
- Avoid people that drain you, such as the lady that always complains or your neighbour who talks your ear off for an hour. 
- Avoid clutter in your home and make to-do lists to get things done during the day so that you don't have stuff hanging over your head. 

Once you have more energy, you should feel better and more in the mood for sex. In fact, doing the things above will improve your overall health and get you glowing and looking sexy!
