43 simple things you can do right now to improve your health instantly

  1. Spring clean your house and throw away anything you don't use
  2. drink water out of a glass bottle and shake it before you take a sip to oxygenate it
  3. get two plants for your desk at the office - plants grow better when there are more than one in a close group
  4. take a walk outside in the sun
  5. write with your left hand to integrate your whole body together
  6. take off your bra to let your lymphatic and circulatory systems work unimpeded
  7. eat cornbread that is wheat and yeast free instead of your ordinary bread
  8. use your speakerphone or wired headset instead of holding your phone to your head
  9. while you are at it, take your phone out of your pocket or bra and put it on the table
  10. stroke your cat or dog
  11. forgive everyone that you hate right now
  12. say sorry to anyone you owe an apology to
  13. use stevia instead of sugar - preferably the dried leaves and not the pills
  14. put that coke down!
  15. throw away all your aluminium cookware
  16. switch that airconditioner off and open a window
  17. wear something warmer instead of using the heater
  18. put your potplants on pebbles and fill their saucer with water - your plants will appreciate the extra humidity and so will you
  19. use those antihistamines only when you are in public, when you are in the privacy of your home use natural methods like exercise, oil pulling and steam with essential oils and a yeast/gluten free diet to control your sinusitis. Soon you won't need the antihistamines that dangerously suppress your immune system
  20. make sure our bathroom cabinet is stocked with lavender, tea tree, epsom salts and sodium bicarbonate
  21. stop drinking Milk and research milk substitutes such as almond milk if you really can't do without
  22. sip on a Fruit smoothie
  23. get rid of all the electrical appliances in your bedroom. If you can't do that, switch off all the electrical plugs at the wall when you go to sleep
  24. take the mirrors out your bedroom
  25. sleep with a window open
  26. get your finances in shape. If you need extra money and speak English well, consider being an English tutor - there are loads of people that need native English speakers to practice their English with. Or they could teach you their language in exchange for English and you could use your extra language skills to get a better job
  27. research the benefits of sungazing for extra energy and Health. The increased psychic abilities will also help you to be more synchronized with life and you will get more "good luck"
  28. if you drink beer, switch to something else that doesn't have yeast in it
  29. use more garlic, onions and herbs in your food
  30. grow your own vegetables - if you only have a sunny balcony, container gardening is not that hard. At the very least, grow your own wheatgrass because all you need is a sunny windowsill
  31. eat your lunch outside instead of in the office cafeteria 
  32.  stop gossiping and complaining. 
  33. If you think a negative thought, immediately replace it with a positive one. Do this till you have cultivated a positive mindset
  34. Detox your liver with dandelion root. It is a weed, you should find it somewhere around your home
  35. switch milk chocolate for dark chocolate and drink hot cocoa instead of coffee
  36. have a cold shower every now and then
  37. squeeze a fresh lemon in your next glass of water
  38. eat wafers instead of biscuits, there is more air and less sugar and wheat in wafers
  39. use jojoba or coconut oil instead of creams to moisturize your skin
  40. watch a comedy movie instead of a horror
  41. stop using vitamin pills and buy Fresh Fruit instead - eating fresh fruit and vegetables twice a week is better than pills every day
  42. get an outside hobby so that you are not in front of the TV - not only is it better to be outside but most people eat when they watch TV
  43. use sunflower or olive oil instead of other brands. Research your cooking oil.
