Power Food: Tiramisu?

Had an awesome solo Practice this morning despite staying up late last night and swallowing a large piece of extremely delicious Tiramisu at 10:30 PM. I didn't think that I'd be able to get up early and have an energetic practice with all this Food from last night, but I was wrong.

I even had a nice meditation session before practicing, which I think made it easier for me to be clear-headed and even out my breath. My energy level was high the whole time, and my breathing was particularly flowing.

Having forgotten to do a couple of my standing postures last Sunday at home, I quickly scanned all the standing postures in my head as soon as I jumped through for the seated sequence. Lo and Behold, it occured to me that I forgot to do Parsvottanasana. I immediately stood back up and did it, not wanting to miss any asanas today. I figured it's better a bit late than never.
