Weight Loss: You Are What You Think

Most of us know and have heard the phrase: "You are what you eat." But it is possible that a second sentence is also true? "You are what you think." Yes, it is very possible that this phrase is also an accurate representation of how our beliefs and Expectations affect our bodies and overall health. We are just beginning to understand how the mind influences our beliefs out of the Body and how it responds to illness. But there is currently enough evidence to prove that the mind actually affects our body. The key behind all these studies seem to be the Perception or expectation.

Those with positive perception of an event and create positive expectations seem the reality that, although the same seems true for those with negative perceptions and expectations. If we allow this opportunity, we must consider what we think about ourselves and how we feel about the life you are leading. If you have a perception of ourselves and our lives that are negative, which tends to manifest itself eventually, one way or another. This often happens with people who are dissatisfied with their lives, yet afraid to make changes.

When they do not take action itself seems to create a body condition to create the change that seemed unable to do for themselves. Deepak Chopra has spent many years studying this aspect of welfare, and I recommend that all who wish to explore this field of research, read his books. The book that I found most useful is "Unconditional Life". It gives many case studies of people who have been positively or negatively affected by their mood and the perception that their illness. We owe it to ourselves to be happy and have hope and expect the best in life. We owe it to ourselves to make the most of the time we have. We owe it to ourselves to do things that fear and take the steps that are afraid to take.

Life is about expansion and when we stop growing we become stagnant and stagnant leads ultimately to death. This usually happens in the inner life and he was first manifested in the physical life. For example, you start to feel bored, apathetic and depressed with life, and this will lead to a move away from contact with other people and then the body itself will begin to manifest symptoms. You must choose to be happy and hope for the best and believe in miracles.
