Having friends increases survival odds by 50 per cent

People with strong Social Relationships were 50 percent less likely to die early than people without such support, according to researchers who insist a lack of social relationships is on par with being an alcoholic, or smoking 15 cigarettes a day, is more harmful than not exercising and is twice as harmful as obesity.
