Workout Log Week 6, Day 1 - Chest, Abs

My arms fatigue before reaching 15 reps with a 20lb weight. I think 12 reps will still be a challenge for me if I do the right form.

Chest
Dumbbell Bench Press 9kg(20lb) 15/10
- Superset - Chest Press 15.8kg(35lb) 15/12
Incline Dumbbell Press 6.8kg(15lb) 10/10
- Superset - Pec-Dec Flye 15.8kg(35lb) 12/10

Abs
Plank 45sec/30sec
-Superset - Crunch 15/12/10
