Last night I attended the Montessori child care annual education workshop as their guest speaker.
It was such a lovely night and was such an honour to spend time with these dedicated carers who do such a wonderful job looking after and educating our little ones.
I covered the topic of Food allergies and intolerances and why it is thought to be on the increase.
We ended up the evening with a sample of a quinoa salad I had made and brought along to give an example of just how easy and delicious allergen free cooking is.
I would like to thank Miss Sandy and Mr Mark from Storytime Childcare and Montessori Early Learning Tingalpa for inviting me as speaker, I really enjoyed myself, and hope I passed on some tips as to how to treat these conditions with a positive spin.
