Complete 3 rounds of the following workout. Make sure to keep proper form.
1 min-Burpee to bench hop up (Do one burpee hop up to bench, hop down then repeat burpee)
12 reps-Up down Pushups (Start in plank position on elbows, bring right hand underneath shoulder, push up and bring left arm up til your in start position of pushups. Do one pushup. then drop back into lower plank and repeat)
12 reps each side-Side plank up to leg lift and tuck (Start in side plank position. Bring hips off ground so body is in straight line from elbow to toes, keeping abs tight. Bring top leg up halfway, pause. Then tuck knee in toward chest. Push back out to start. lower body. Thats one. Reapeat)
20 reps each leg-Reverse lunge to front kick up
100 reps-High knees to mtn climber(Do ten reps of high knees, ten reps of mtn climbers until you reach 100. each time left foot comes forward on mtn climber is one rep. :) )
12 reps-Decline pushup w/ alt leg lift
1 min-Plank in pushup position with knee twist(Alt bringing opposite knee to opposite arm by slightly twisting body and keeping abs tight)
20 reps each leg-Side power step up on bench (Starting with right foot on bench drive foot into ground and jump slightly off bench. If you do not have the stability yet, do repeating side step ups)
1 min-bench hopovers or plank hopovers (put hands on bench and hop body over bench repeatedly. If in plank, hop body left to right as if jumping over something in the middle.)
