If you are waking up tired, the next day half productive at best

Waking up tired might seem like a small problem when you are reading about it, but ask those who are actually experiencing the same, and you would know what a big issue it creates in the day-to-day routine. One can’t concentrate on anything, since the Body has not had its rest. Thus, in a way you can say that if you have not had a proper sleep, you are bound to get some serious after effects the next day.

 

Our body is almost like a machine. It needs rest from time to time to Continue working at its best efficiency. However, many of us ignore this basic fact, and continue to slog ourselves at work to get that next promotion, or study late into the night and wake up early the next day to ace the exams. While all that might completely depend on your priorities in life, once thing that needs to be understood more than anything is that you need to respect the body and its demands for proper rest, failing which the only result is going to be the person waking up tired and not being productive enough the next day, which would basically equalize the previous day’s extra slogging.

 

It’s time to do smart work, not hard work.
