Eat right, sleep tight to prevent morning fatigue – I

So many people experience the feeling of tiredness, also known as morning fatigue, which leads to unpleasant moods throughout the day which also does its bit of damage to professional as well as personal lives. Many might think that this is purely because of the fact that they are not sleeping too well, and give themselves hours and hours of sleep whenever they find time on holidays and over the weekends. Surprisingly, even that does not deter the ‘fatigue demon’, as you might call it, does not appear to go away.

The reason behind this is simple, during the night; there are a lot of hormonal secretions from our body, which must be in the right proportion for us to feel active the next day. In case there is even the slightest deviation from this, you are sure to get some significant after effects the next Morning (or even mornings, depending on how long you keep this up). Keep in mind that excess of everything is bad, and the same rule applies to sleep. Your body does not need more than 8 hours of sleep everyday, and if it will get that, you are bound to have morning fatigue.

If you are finding difficulty in waking up on time, set an alarm. Not only will it give you more time to do your daily chores, but would also maintain a healthy sleep schedule.
