Lack of energy and morning fatigue – Eat right to stay fit

Who would not want more Energy, but how many of us suffer from the lack of it! However, the main reason why there is such an immense lack of energy is because the diet that is consumed by over 80% of the human population is not at all in compliance with what SHOULD be eaten. To translate it in a more direct manner – you are not eating what you should, and this is precisely the reason morning fatigue has been plaguing you for such a long time.

What should you do to avoid staying so lazy particularly in the mornings; the exact diet plan for each individual would vary according to body metabolisms, climate, exertion patterns, etc. and since I’m no dietitian, I would tread a familiar path and state that the basic principle of eating right is to reduce your carbohydrates and fats, and increase the consumption of proteins and fiber. In regular Food terms, this means eating more of greens, fruits and salads, and less of burgers, fried food and pizzas. And in case you are still bent upon what you learnt at school that more calorie intake would ensure that there is no lack of energy, let me tell you that not only does eating oily food give you no energy and make you lazy, it also adds on to the amount of cholesterol in your blood which can lead to severe heart conditions.

So the next time you are tempted to gorge on your favorite fast food, just think about a simple fact that your momentary indulgence is actually paving way for an uncertain future.
