Benefits of peanuts




Some of us may incorporate peanuts into the "black list" menu of our food because we think of peanut or peanut-based processed products contain fat that could potentially increase cholesterol and body weight.
Concerns are of course less precise because peanuts(Archais hypogea) actually has many health benefits.
Peanuts contain many plant nutrients is needed by the body,such as energy,protein,calcium,vitamins,phosphorus,magnesium,iron and potassium.

Fitosterol will also reduce the absorption of return(reasorbsi) cholesterol from the liver,this will reduce the risk of heart disease.
The research done by Gary Fraser Ph.D.,professor of epidemiology medicine at Loma Linda University,United States,shows that eating nuts once a week will reduce the risk of heart disease 25% lower compared to those who do not consume peanuts.
How to maintain heart health by eating nuts?In principle,in order to maintain the health of a diet that should be applied is a balanced diet.
For the nuts can be varied menu or snack from the daily diet.
