I was headed to the Upper East Side and I'd never had Burmese food before, so I figured, why not? The entrance to this storefront "cafe" was so modest that we passed it twice before finding it. The decor, with detailed, hand-painted murals and small Burmese lanterns and other objects, is appealing, but needs a good dusting. The service is attentive even though lunchtime was busy for this
