This is the first entry in my new weight loss blog. For starters I would like to thank my friend Paul who has been on my ass for the past two years to work out and get healthy. Well it took a while, but I finaly surcume.
I will be going and joining the gym this friday afternoon, and will be working out on a regular basis with Paul untill I get the hang of things myself. Then I will start going more frequently till I am in a comfortable rythm.
I can't wait to start loosing some of this weight and gaining some muscle!
I'll be updating this site pretty regularly, so look for weekly updates starting this Friday, October 14, 2005.
