Foods beneficial in diabetes

Type 2 diabetes can be managed to a great extent by lifestyle choices.

One major component of such choices is food.

There are several types of food that can actually help to inhibit the sugar spikes associated with diabetes.

Guggul is another herb that controls lipids and cholesterol in the body - an excess of which triggers high blood sugar. In addition Guggul also helps control blood sugar and helps protect pancreatic beta cells which play a vital role in insulin production.
