Charles Atlas is well-known for using the “The Insult That Made a Man out of Mac” cartoon to make his training course a best seller but he wasn’t the only strongman to use cartoons in his ads. Here’s one that you probably never saw before: “Are You a One-Date Dick?” for the Paramount Bar Bell Company, circa 1949.
