1. Accept the situation

Best way to come out of this situation and avoid panic attack is to tell yourself that – “it wouldn’t last long, everything is alright” and take a deep breathe it will help your body relax.

2. Have a chewing gum

If you get Frequent Panic Attacks then you should carry few chewing gums in your pocket or bag. Chewing gums distracts your mind from the attacks and are anti-anxiety.

3. Start Counting

Next time you feel like it’s coming, start counting in reverse.. like from 20 to 1 or 10 to 1.
It will help divert your mind from that situation. It will also help your mind relax and focus.

4. Start talking to yourself

It may sound weird .. but telling yourself that “everything is alright” will make your brain understand that it is nothing to worry about and nothing to panic about.

5. Take a stress ball with you

If you get frequent Panic Attacks, the it is better you take a stress ball with you in your bag. It will help you a lot!
