Fudgy Eggless Brownies

Fudgy Eggless Brownies is a fudgy brownie made eggless by using thick curds. This brownie is dense with the Chocolate overload that you will not stop with just one slice!

I made these with a mix of milk chocolate and dark chocolate as I ran out of my chocolate stock! Was so shocked when I realized that my stock is over. I had to order right away and then hurriedly see if I can change my themes.

The delivery will happen next week and I have made plans to get it from the local store. Coming to these Fudgy Brownies, anyone following my fascination with brownies, will know that I have a huge collection of Brownie recipes. This recipe is inspired by a recipe I read in one of the FB groups and made with what I had on hand.

At one point, I actually wanted to stop making these. However, what I realize after baking each recipe, it is unique and what makes it unique makes it a new recipe. You can check out the entire Bake-a-thon Collection to see what I have done in the past years. I always pick a theme for the entire month or do a weekly theme. My Bake-a-thon 2019 was the entire month Brownies and needless to say my kids were so happy!
