Health authorities in Guinea, has declared a fresh outbreak of Ebola in the rural community of Gouéké, since the disease ended in 2016.
We knew Ebola is likely to erupt again because healed victims still carry the residue of the deadly virus in their system. The deadly disease can even be passed through semen.
History of Ebola and Crimean Congo Haemorrhagic Virus
Scientists studying viral disease agents in the laboratory for biowarfare purposes and cure against it have become infected in Russia, United States, Crimea, Tajikistan, Philippines, Germany, Former Yugoslavia, United Kingdom, Netherlands, South Africa many decades ago.
A similar accident with Ebola had reportedly occurred at the US Army’s biodefense laboratory at Fort Detrick in Frederick, Maryland, where the Ebola virus was invented, but the researcher involved didn’t acquire the disease. This incident is not listed on the CDC’s list of confirmed outbreaks, perhaps because the researcher didn’t develop antibodies.
The first outbreak of Ebola occurred in 1976, in Congo. The world has never heard of the name of this disease before. Scientifically, the disease is a hemorrhagic fever, which the victims bleed to death, however, since it occurred near a river in Congo called Ebola, the disease was named after the river.

Meanwhile, the biological weapon hemorrhagic fever had already occurred simultaneously in Marburg and Frankfurt in Germany, and in Belgrade, Serbia, in 1967, which led to the initial recognition of the disease.
So if bats weren't blamed responsible for the disease in both countries, Germany and Belgrade, in 1967, why are scientists telling the world today that bats are responsible for that of Congo in 1976?
