If you watch any national news you may have seen as I did this morning the story on restless leg syndrome. It seems that the majority of doctors in the country had never heard of this illness until they were approached by a patient asking about the medication they had seen advertised on television. So either patients are more medically educated then their doctors or doctors need to watch more Drug advertising so they can be aware of the new fantasy illnesses being created by Drug Companies or medical schools are failing to teach their students well enough. What? More likely than any of the above though is the possibility that the drug companies are not satisfied with multi-billion dollar profits and are creating illnesses out of thin air to market useless drug to gullible people. With seemingly good results.
