Garlic is an easy-to-grow herb – can be planted in vases in flower pots – and requires minimal care after planting. The seasoning, widely used in Brazilian cuisine, has gastronomic and medicinal applications. The herb has annual periodicity, grows little and each seedling requires little space to develop.
It is possible to grow white or purple garlic in the gardens, but the heads develop satisfactorily in small pots.
