 Looking to build a strong core? Looking to see your abs?

Well, abs are made in the kitchen. You have to eat properly for your abs to show. But, if you want to make your core strong, and that should always be the goal; getting stronger, try these core exercises out!

Try some (or ALL) of them. Aim for 2-4 sets & 15-20 reps of each. And on the holding exercises, aim for 30s each.

High Side Plank
Hollow Hold
