Covid-19 Wuhan Coronavirus One Year Later

Since I first reported on the Coronavirus outbreak on 23 Jan 2020, a number of things have transpired.

At that time, last year, In just over 1 month, the viral disease caused by 2019-nCoV had spread from the central China town to 5 countries, causing over 800 reported illnesses and 25 deaths. Now, it is as predicted, a worldwide pandemic with over 100 million cases worldwide and over 2 million deaths. Yet, this is lower than what was expected by some.

On the average, both in the US and worldwide, there is an average 3 percent mortality rate ( Very high in the late winter months and much lower in the summer ) in reported cases. If you are admitted to the hospital then the rate goes to 10 percent mortality, If you are admitted to ICU, it climbs to about 40 percent mortality, and being intubated raises it to as high as 60 percent mortality.

The so called medical experts provide a list of things that supposedly tell you what the major risks are, such as being older than 55 years of age, especially if you are over 70 years old. Others are being immune impaired, having respiratory problems, having ARDS, etc. However, they are leaving out some very important conditions, possibly intentionally not telling you. It is their goal to have you take their vaccines which may not work very well in the long run because the virus is constantly mutating. The vaccines are profitable to them which is why they are so heavily promoted. Also, the vaccines may have both short term negative effects as well as long term issues.

So what are they leaving out and why?

The real answer to this is that during the summer, mortality dropped significantly and this mostly is because vitamin D goes up during the summer due to increased sunlight exposure. Also, several scientific studies have shown that if you keep your vitamin D up during the winter, your risk of either hospitalization or of dying is significantly reduced. How much reduced? Having a good vitamin D level in your blood can reduce mortality as much as 90 percent. This is as good as most vaccines with NO bad side effects. How much vitamin D3? From Oct through Dec. 5000 IU a day is a good target, you will not overdose but it is always good to track your vitamin D blood levels. A target of 60 ng/ml is a good level. Some sources say that 80 ng/dl is optimum but you should certainly monitor your blood levels. You also want to keep up other vitamins such as K2. From Mid January through Mid March, it is better to consider 8000 IU to 10000 IU a day but at this level, monitoring your blood levels is more important. There has only been 1 vitamin D related death reported in the last 10 years.

Not only will having sufficient vitamin D levels reduce your risk of dying from covid-19, it also reduces the risk of getting colds and flu as well as reducing the risk of certain cancers and heart disease. Again, the truth is that the medical profession and the pharmaceutical industry are terrified of you learning about the disease prevention effects of vitamin D and other vitamins as well. If you are healthy, then they could lose fortunes from reduced medical and pharmaceutical bills.

Not only does your vitamin D levels make a significant difference, there are a number of other health and immunity boosting supplements.

When you are sleeping is when the body does most of it infection fighting and healing as well. If you are not getting sufficient sleep, then you are at risk for many things. Even if you get sufficient sleep, if you do not have sufficient Melatonin ( the sleep and healing hormone ), then you have greater risk. Unless you take a supplement, if you are over 40 years old then you likely do not have sufficient Melatonin. Melatonin boosts the immunity and makes a significant difference in surviving disease and illness. It even helps reduce the effects of Alzheimer's.

Vitamin C is critical to your body and the RDA is incredibly low, basically, the RDA for vitamin C is a near starvation diet. Vitamin C, not only is important is helping fight infections, it is critically important for the maintenance of good blood vessels, prevent the cracks that cause plaque build up in the blood vessels. A good choice is to take 1000 mg in the morning followed by an additional 500 mg every 4 hours throughout the day and evening with possibly an additional 1000 mg at bed time. Some people take far more than this, even up to 25 grams a day ( 25000 mg ) or even more.

One thing that I used for myself when fighting Covid-19 symptoms is an electronic devices called a zapper. I was very happy with the way I felt but care must be used, there are cheap zappers and there are good zappers and also some very overpriced zappers. The best have microprocessors that can produce a wide range of frequencies and are very accurate.

Back to the vitamin D issue. There are numerous studies that show that the higher your vitamin D blood levels are when you contact Covid-19, the greater your chance of survival. On the other hand, vitamin D takes a long time to build up so taking it after you get sick does not help as much although it certainly should help some.
