I am constantly looking for ways to detoxify my body, with smoothies and natural teas. Nature has excellent ingredients of which you can take advantage, and when we speak of teas, the options seem endless. That’s why today I want to share this recipe for a detox tea that you can drink at any time.
Despite my efforts to eat healthier sometimes I love to get out of the diet and give myself a little treat. Those days happen, we can’t deny it, where you want to eat a box of donuts or a bag of potato chips. I know it’s bad, and sometimes even I can resist. That’s why I looked for a natural way to remove fat and toxins from my body. And what better way than with a Detox tea?

Detox tea for your body
- 1 liter of green tea (natural)
- 2 tablespoons of turmeric
- 1 pinch of cayenne pepper
- 1 lemon
- Honey to taste

- Prepare one liter of green tea, and place it in a container preferably pints.
- Add turmeric
- Cut and squeeze the lemon tea.
- Add the cayenne pepper.
- Add honey to taste and if you want it sweeter, because then adds a little more.
